How to install IPA

The page below has links to download the IPA client installer

This installer will enable you to access IPA like other desktop applications on your computer

Note: IPA requires an active internet connection to operate

General new user training

Many IPA users are interested in performing pathway analysis on their ‘omics data, such as RNA-seq, scRNA-seq, proteomics, metabolomics and more.

The video linked below will go over how to format your ‘omics dataset as well as how to upload and perform a full “Core Analysis” of it. IPA will predict activated and inhibited pathways, upstream drivers, diseases and functions, and much more.

  1. Introduction to IPA [00:00 – 14:08]
  2. Formatting data before uploading to IPA [14:09 – 19:27]
  3. Data upload [19:28 – 33:18]
  4. Core Analysis setup in IPA [32:19 – 37:30]
  5. Exploring canonical pathways [37:35 – 50:57]
  6. Exploring upstream regulators [59:25 – 73:50]
  7. Comparison analysis [73:52 – 83:38]
  8. Creating networks from scratch [83:39 – 93:27]
  9. Activity prediction [93:28 – 96:14]
  10. Summary [96:15 – 97:36]
