All our customers with an active Maintenance, Upgrade & Support contract from QIAGEN Digital Insights (this includes all subscription-based QIAGEN CLC products) will benefit from the following services:

Transfer of license from one computer to another is considered a support service.

Our software and enterprise solutions are continuously improved and updated. Details of updates are published on our Latest Improvements pages, which can be found here.

A given major release line is supported for 1.5 years after the initial release from that line.
