Your myCLC account holds information relevant to your CLC software
Once you log into myCLC, you can:
Access your licensing information, including license order IDs, the Maintenance, Upgrade and Support cover dates for those licenses, which machines licenses have been downloaded to, and so on.
Download software installers for your CLC software.
Access your Support history – the content of your past interactions with the QIAGEN Bioinformatics Support team.
Registering for your myCLC account: If you do not already have access to myCLC, please email bioinformaticslicense@qiagen.com and request login details for myCLC.
You can renew your CLC licenses in your My QIAGEN account. Visit My QIAGEN here.
