QIAGEN IPA

RNA-seq Analysis Portal

Process your own raw RNA-seq data or data retrieved from SRA or BaseSpace and send it to IPA for biological interpretation.

Curious about your RNA-seq Analysis Portal?

The RNA-seq Analysis Portal empowers you to simply and quickly process and QC RNA-seq FASTQ files, set up experiments and then send the differential expression data to IPA for biological interpretation, all on your own.

You can upload data from your experiments that you or a core lab generated, or from a project in the Sequence Read Archive (SRA) or BaseSpace.

Fast
Get your transcriptome data into IPA quickly; from FASTQ files to pathway analysis in hours instead of days
Agile
Perform your analyses anytime, anywhere, with no software to install. The portal is web-based and processes data on AWS
Easy
Designed for the biological researcher who has little to no bioinformatics expertise
Collaborative
Share any expression analysis project with any other researcher

The RNA-seq Analysis Portal supports:

20 commonly studied species
Most transcriptome and miRNome library prep kits
FASTQ files uploaded directly from your computer or cloud-to-cloud from SRA or BaseSpace

Do you already have access?

If you have an IPA account, then you may already have access to the RNA-seq Analysis Portal.

On accounts with a Land Explorer license, you can find a link to the portal in the top right corner of the window (beside the link to Land Explorer). The portal uses the same login credentials as IPA. If prompted, use the same username and password as you do for IPA.
