Analyze GeneRead DNAseq Panels V2 Data with Biomedical Genomics Workbench and Biomedical Genomics Server Solution

The GeneRead DNAseq Custom Panels V2 and the GeneRead DNAseq Targeted Panels V2 are targeted amplicon sequencing panels for analyzing genetic variants in a focused panel of genes via next-generation sequencing. Each panel consists of multiplex PCR primer sets to amplify exonic regions of a thoroughly researched panel of disease-focused and other biologically relevant genes.

The free GeneRead DNA Panel Analysis Plugin provides specific tools and a preconfigured workflow to identify and annotate variants from GeneRead DNAseq Panels V2 with Biomedical Genomics Workbench and Biomedical Genomics Server Solution. Results are shown in an integrated, flexible Genome Browser View for easy validation and parameter optimization. All standard and custom panels are supported. Please note that we recommend optimizing parameter settings of the workflow, which are not locked down, to achieve the best results for specific lab workflows.
