With the External Applications Client Plugin installed, third party command line applications configured as External Applications on a CLC Server can be launched via the CLC Workbench Toolbox menu. Options are configured using familiar, graphical wizards, just like those used for configuring other analysis tools launched via the Workbench. Data to analyze can be selected from CLC Workbench or CLC Server locations, and saved to CLC Workbench or CLC Server locations.
