Administrators manage IPA user accounts, including creating and removing access as needed, terminating sessions if needed, and generating usage reports. They can also provide links to training sessions and educational resources to help users utilize IPA effectively. They may also collect feedback to inform future updates and enhancements to the platform.

1. User Management: Administrators are responsible for managing IPA user accounts using the QIAGEN Ingenuity Admin tool, QDIAT (described here). You add and remove users from your institution’s IPA license and have questions about terminating session, session timeouts, or other support questions
2. Training and Education: Administrators may provide training sessions or educational resources to help users get acquainted with IPA and maximize its capabilities for their research projects. This can include organizing webinars, workshops, or tutorials covering topics such as data analysis workflows, interpretation of results, and best practices for using the platform effectively.
