Cloud Plugin
Functionality provided by the Cloud Plugin allows you to connect to your CLC Genomics Cloud Engine (GCE) from a CLC Workbench and to submit workflows to GCE for analysis. Using the Cloud Job Search tool provided by this plugin, you can retrieve information about jobs submitted to GCE, as well as and finding and downloading results generated using GCE from your AWS S3 locations.
With the Cloud Server Plugin installed and configured on a CLC Genomics Server, workflows can be submitted for analysis on your CLC Genomics Cloud Engine (GCE) via the CLC Server, either using a CLC Workbench logged into the CLC Server, or using the CLC Server Command Line Tools.
