The Ingenuity Pathway Analysis plugin allows you to upload expression data to QIAGEN Ingenuity Pathway Analysis (IPA) for downstream biological interpretation. A separate license for QIAGEN IPA is required to perform the upload.
QIAGEN IPA provides powerful algorithms able to take advantage of the comprehensive, manually curated content of the QIAGEN Knowledge Base. Using the Pathway Analysis tool delivered by this plugin, statistical comparison data can be uploaded to QIAGEN IPA directly from the QIAGEN CLC Genomics Workbench.
In addition, the plugin provides functionality to import expression data matrix containing raw counts, TPM or RPKM to CLC.
